Cancelation Policy
- Your order must be placed and paid for 30 days prior to your wedding/event date. Your flowers are ordered at that time.
- The precise content of the proposal with regard to color, floral variety, and creative direction, remain a fluid collaboration between Florist and Client up until 30 days prior to the date of event. All final changes are due 30 days prior to your wedding day.
- For your convenience, we accept all forms of credit cards, check cards, personal checks, & cash
- Upon booking and payment, this contract includes all future emails, and delivery, of all décor components provided by the Florist as detailed in the items client purchases.
- In contracting with our company, you are agreeing that any images, (personal or professional), can be used by our company on our website and/or social media.
- In contracting with our company, you are agreeing that we must follow any/all guidelines set forth with your contracted venue for your ceremony and contracted venue for your reception. This includes any limitations preset by your contracted venue in regards to décor and what is or is not allowed.
- Where specific varieties of flowers are defined, the Florist reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers of equivalent value and variety whenever market condition, weather, or availability affect the integrity of the flowers in this proposal.
- If your event is cancelled within 30 days of your event for ANY reason, you will be refunded back ONLY the delivery charges IF ANY WERE PAID and are welcome to keep the flowers and containers if applicable to your design that were ordered for your event when they arrive to our store.
Acceptance Policy
Payment for your wedding/event flowers/decor acts as acceptance of the above detailed information as it pertains to payment policy and refund policy.

After approving this contract, you can call in with a credit card number (919-552-4512) or send OR bring a check/cashier's check/money order/cash into our store (1501 Lakestone Village Lane Suite 107 Fuquay Varina, NC 27526. WE DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE PAYMENT PORATL AT THIS TIME.
You will be confirmed on our calendar when we receive your payment is made in full.
